Researchers have argued for years that job interviews are important. Many employers choose the wrong person simply because they favor a highly qualified candidate.
Try to get the best out of your interview, rather than another approach. Here are some styles of candidates you can get to know about:
The Involved one:
As the heck reveals, they’re tense. They seem to be having a panic attack right in front of you with sweaty hands and stammering answers. But all the anxiety could be a great candidate beneath.
The Chatty Cathy:
The interviewee begins and finishes and never ceases to breathe. They may be uncertain, they may be unsure of their existence; you may be motivated to fill the silence.
The Silent Type:
They are having Quiet speech, Quite Voice and only answer in one word.
The Yes person:
They couldn’t disagree more with you! All you say is welcomed with nods and smiles. If you try, you couldn’t make them disagree with you.
Best Friend:
This candidate is very nice and personified. You want them to be your best friend, you forget about the work. This sounds like a lot of fun!
