“Winter is here” yes! Now is the time where we all going to struggle a lot in waking up early in the morning.

We all know that snuggling back deep into our blankets is probably the best feeling to have. But, who we are kidding to, we all have got places to be, they could be our office, college, or school.

So, in order to curb this bad habit, we have compiled some tips to make waking up in the morning a lot easier.

1. Blast Some Music

What could be better than waking up to some pop tunes? What I mean to say is that set your alarm to be an EDM track or something like that – it could kick in the craziness in you early in the morning.

2. Hit The Lights

Find the light ASAP, because why not. By turning on the lights your body automatically stops producing melatonin. So, do make sure to try that.

3. Remind Yourself What’s Ahead Of You

This is something you have to do with full dedication. Remind yourself what you have to achieve the very next day. It will help you feel like you’ve got all those things under control.

4. Get Enough Sleep

This is probably the most effective way to help you wake up early in the winter mornings. Its not rocket science guys, the fact is, you got to have at least 7-8 hours of sleep no matter what. And if you managed to do so, you’ll notice your body getting accustomed to waking up on time.

5. Keep Your Alarm Out Of Reach

Before going to sleep make sure to keep your alarm/phone way far than your bed so that in order to turn it off, you have to get up, which is something that most of the people struggle with. So, problem solved.

6. Open up a window

Under that cozy blanket, nobody would like to get out of it. When your alarm goes off, gently get up and open a window, and believe me that cold breeze will make you feel like moving.

So, keep these tips in mind especially in winter. They do seem weird but they are quite practical to be honest.
